Tengo workshops for owners and managers of the company and try to teach them to create a serene and productive team of people. Usually the owners are too serious and we must teach them how to defuse some situations and help people laugh.
I also take individual courses to those who want to improve their lives
I like my job, I do so for many years and I would not change. It makes me feel useful. Helping companies to get better, I created a lot of friends and that feels good.
